To answer your question, the heavyweight paper is used for all base flaps, pockets and interactions of the book as well as the cover wrapping. The lightweight cardstock ( white colored ) are picture mats where I place a stamp and where I placed the photo on top. This lightweight is used ( 65lbs ) to reduce bulk in the album.
