✈️ Utah Meet-Up: Just ONE Week Away! 📅

Hi friends! I can’t believe we are officially one week away from our Utah hang-out!

My tickets are locked in, and I am SO excited to see you all in person! 🎉 Since it's coming up fast, here is a quick refresher on all the details for our casual get-together: 

When: Next Thursday, June 25th, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (and we can definitely keep the momentum going past 3 PM if we're on a roll!). 

Where: Sandy, Utah. ( I’ll send address with you in private chat )

What to expect: A super relaxed craft-and-chat day. There will be food, drinks, and tables set up for us to hang out. 

What to bring: You are more than welcome to bring your tools and whatever current project you’re working on, or even a finished piece you've already made to show us! 

Special Extra: I'm also planning to film some fun podcast conversations with you while I'm there!

I'm excited to announce a new community challenge for this month!

I know many of us are getting busy with summer plans and vacations, so I wanted to keep this month's project simple, quick, and satisfying. The challenge is to create the Kindful Flipbook (inspired by the tie-fold from the Kindful Mini Album)

You can use any paper and embellies you'd like. It can be a greeting card, birthday card, mini album insert, or anything else you can think up!

For the challenge, you only need to make one Kindful Flipbook, but of course, if you enjoy it and have the time to make several, that's wonderful too! (just make sure you post all of them for us to see 😍)

✈️ Utah Trip Update: Save the Date! 📅

Hey everyone! I am so incredibly excited to share that I’m about to solidify my tickets to come to Utah! 🎉I'm looking to host a casual, one-day meet-up and hang out in Sandy on Thursday, June 25th! I would absolutely love for you to come if you're in the area. There will be food, drinks, and a few tables set up for us. You are totally welcome to bring your tools and a current project you're working on, or even something you've already made to show us! It will be a nice craft-and-chat day. I’m also planning to film some podcast conversations with you while I'm there ( heehe! ) I'm thinking a general timeline for the whole event will be from 11 AM to 3 PM, though we can definitely shoot over if we're on a roll. ✅ I completed the May Challenge book! Have you seen it yet? 😍I think this is the most fun I’ve ever had crafting. I used so many different elements. It was a very mixed media experience and I loved it! You might see a bit more of this from me later on 👀

Hey friends! I’m brainstorming a potential trip to tour the Salt Lake/Sandy this June. My sweet friend is showing me around, but I’d love to see you, too! Nothing is official yet, but if enough of you are nearby, I want to host a special community gathering so we can hang out. I'm also thinking it would be amazing to connect on camera and record a podcast episode featuring you and your beautiful books! Before I book anything, I need to know: Are you in the Utah area? I’m so excited to have my very first podcast guest, Maria! Come join us for an inspiring conversation about crafting, creativity, and learning to let go.

Maria traveled all the way from Puerto Rico to attend our California in-person class, and this conversation turned into so much more than just papercrafting.

We talk about creativity as healing, watercolor as a lesson in letting go of control, burnout, perfectionism, life after retirement, and how crafting can truly help people through difficult seasons of life.

This was honestly one of the most heartfelt and empowering conversations I’ve had, and I know so many of you are going to love Maria’s story. ❤️
