I finally finished the baby album I was working on. I used Frances’ Beginner’s Mini Album. I’ve used this one for most of the baby albums I make to give as gifts. It has the perfect amount of space for a 12 month memory book for the baby first year.

I am happy to say I think 🤔 I'm finished. I may add more embellishments to the front cover just haven't decided what yet. I hope this wedding version of Francis 11x11 album does her design justice. I used the Echo park wedding bells collection for this one.

Soooo I have been working on creating the 11x11 album into a wedding album. I've worked on it everyday this week some days all day. I still need to finish up embellishments 🤷hopefully I will have it ready to show soon I think I'll add sneak peek 😜

Update: The auction was this evening. It sold for $585!!! I also added a picture of my helper who doesn't help much. She spends more time in the way. I've had her for 18 years so she can do whatever she wants and she knows it.

I watched hours of YBM videos. I took note of things I liked and wanted to try. I decided to try and sketch out notes and measurements, but in the end, I just started winging it. It started with the see through pages. That thought and the crazy outfits fans wear with stripes and sequins inspired the entire design. This book is in memory of my mom. She was a HUGE Razorback fan. I'm donating it to a local school auction to help raise funds.
I did not think it would take as long as it did because Mrs. Long makes it look so easy and doable. Practice makes perfect! I forgot magnets on the inside cover. I hid them under the red glitter dots. The envelope kept rubbing the frame on the next page so I made a huge magnetic flap. Imperfectly perfect!
I don't know if I will ever master the spine. It eludes me!
