Well! I am working on the Minne-sota Album x4! The covers & spine are all together all the base pieces are cut—scored and taped—that’s as far as I have gone! But Today my husband and I went to get a new printer! Frances, we got the Epson EcoTank 8550 with the wide format—like yours! Yes, a pretty penny but I am excited to start using it!

I have started this album 2 days ago…I am making 4 of them assembly line fashion.   Next year I am cruising around Hawaii with 4 of my cousins from New Zealand, 🇺🇸🇳🇿and I am making an album each for them — and one for me!  a Cruise / Hawaii Paradise theme so we will all have memories of our trip!  Because we live so far away, we never know when we will see each other again.   I love this album design as it uses mats for 4 x 6 prints only and about 30 pics.  So not too big or too small.  Lovely design!   Thanks for offering this to us!   Such a great Community you have Frances! 🤗❤️ I am happy to be a part of it!

Just want to clarify...Frances, you have created a 2 page scrapbook page and when we are done, we will be able to create a 12x12 total book?   If I wanted to make a book to commemorate say an upcoming family trip, can I choose my patterned paper with that in mind?   Or are you going to use a different theme for your design?   I'm thinking in terms of a cruise trip we have planned next year and making the entire book with cruise themed paper?   What do you think???

This was such a very interesting and valuable podcast. I have been making your albums since about 2021. As someone mentioned mine have been mostly for gifts. I will be participating in my local Churches, Holiday House Festival in November and I will have some of your projects that I have made to sell. I will be purchasing the teach and sell permit today or tomorrow. This was so helpful. My question for you is since I am dealing with my Church I was going to keep the prices reasonable, but I will be giving a stipend to my Church as a donation. Thanks so much for your information. When you plan / make a project do you ever “over purchase” your design paper? I do that and then sometimes I half enough to make a second project but sometimes not.

I am always using scraps to make new cards— many times able to match up with some old solid color scraps. I recently made 5 “Cheerflip” Folios and with the scraps I used them to make Christmas card fronts. I think so far I have about 8

It is great for retired folks like me! Wonderful for dexterity and creative mind development!
