Hello, Peggy here from Texas. Just finished working on an album for my granddaughters 4th birthday next month. Her request was to be a princess, so I did Frances's "Flutter Folio" using Echo Parks "Once Upon A Time" paper. Lots of rearranging and not so perfect cuts but am finally done- I think...
