I try to keep everything clean, but because I'm a mixed media type of girl, Ink is usually involved. Sometimes I'll find a little fluff with Ink on it that's escaped & you can guess how I discover it! 🤦‍♀️😆

I'm about to re-start an album that idea 3/4 completed in kraft. I've changed the main paper & it needs to be white.

Hi everyone! My name is Joan, & I'm... well I was about to say 'an at home mum' but my youngest is 18 & just graduated, so I'm not sure what I am! I have a wonderful husband, & 2 beautiful sons. Our kitty, Sebastian, is likely to make an appearance here, too. 😆

I live in Queensland, Australia. I'm finishing research & writing a book regarding the effects of trauma on the brain, & how one can heal. So, due to the weight of this heavy topic, I'm making time to get in & create.

Here is the cover. Very simple, very plain. TBH I'm expecting criticism from FIL regarding the 'Family' ephemera being raised & not flat, so not practical or whatever. So, to avoid issues with not understanding the visual theme, I kept it as simple as possible. I think it's still quite elegant.

Oh, & I found the tutorial I was looking for to make a book like this after I made this one! So sorry about that!
