Hi Robin! So sorry for late reply! I actually answer quickest thru email as this site has not yet set up notifications , you can find all "cutlists not downloading" info on my faq! That would be the best place to diagnose!

That will be located underneath the video class and what you would like to watch under the resources tab! Just make sure you are logged in, and the download button will appear for you!

Hi L! No problem at all I actually don’t prefer to use double-sided paper, but you could just use the one side single sided paper anytime you see double sided paper as long as the weight of your design paper is medium weight you should be great!
