Hello friend sorry for the delayed response, the fastest way to reach me is through email. The website does not have notification set up yet, AnyWho I am sure we can figure this out understand the way to cut lists work if you were having any trouble, would be to go to my FAQ and read through there, also making sure that you have the mobile app downloaded onto your device :-) if you have any other questions please let me know!

Hi Robin! So sorry for late reply! I actually answer quickest thru email as this site has not yet set up notifications , you can find all "cutlists not downloading" info on my faq! That would be the best place to diagnose!

Hi L! No problem at all I actually don’t prefer to use double-sided paper, but you could just use the one side single sided paper anytime you see double sided paper as long as the weight of your design paper is medium weight you should be great!
