As a newly retired Empty Nester, I was looking for a way to clean out my extra closet that was full of scrapbook supplies and paper.

You know it, when you know it. Just keep rearranging for days.

Thanks. The ribbon hides an accidental cut perfectly. I definitely learn from happy mistakes.

Completed this book for a friend and her new baby. The paper is Welcome Baby Boy from Echo Park. It’s even sweeter in person. The inside pages came together quickly. I always struggle and take days to complete the cover, but all of a sudden it clicks and ta-dah, done.

That paper is spectacular! I’m going to look at more designs from that brand. Thanks for sharing.

Thank for the support and compliments. The wood grain and plaid is from Echo Park. I love to use those patterns to break up some of the design paper.

I made this Beginner Album for a friend to gift to her companion. I chose this paper because it has a masculine color scheme. It’s from Paper Rose and has a very smooth texture and nice sheen. I like how the album shows off the graphics of the paper. Now on to the next.

I realized tonight that I need to change my answer. I sat down surrounded by my paper, cutter, tape, etc., an hour later I haven’t cut a single thing. I think I like the feels it gives me, calmness and peace. I definitely and not prodively producing.

Thanks so much. The paper is so sweet! I thought I would not have enough. I have enough to make a small album or a notebook for myself.

The triangles are the opposite side of the remnants from the diagonal cuts of the first section. I try to use as much of the scraps as possible.
