Joan Young I'm glad this was a useful tip for you!! I totally understand when ink escapes, lol. I make cards and scrapbook as well and have had many ink mishaps. Some can be covered, and some just don't look right covered up so then you have to start over. That's definitely not my favorite part, lol.
