No, that is a chipboard frame from G45.  Their collector's packs keep changing.  LOL trying to keep up with the times.  Since I'm selling this and want to keep the price reasonable, I just used one of theirs!  

Frances, I usually use book cloth for my cover uwraps.  They don't crack and there are no seams to work around.  Just easier for me.  Thank you for your kind words.
